This blog isn't really meant to be about me. Or my hair. Its really just a place for me to ramble, to ponder (yes, I like that word), maybe vent a little, and generally just muse over things, life, whatever random stuff drifts through my mind. Its a place for me to write. Because I do secretly dream of being a writer. And I read somewhere once, that if you want to be a writer, you should try to write something, anything, every single day. It doesn't matter what, just as long as you are writing.
So there you have it. This is a place for me to write. I have, at various times in my life, written things in other places and/or formats. I may use this as place to start consolidating some of that writing. I should probably apologize for some of it up front. Like for some of the poems I wrote as a child - so very corny! I thought I was hilarious. And I'm sure my family would argue that they were quite entertaining and very advanced for a child poet. But that is what family is for - to laugh at and cherish those silly, corny moments. So I won't apologize, but I will issue a disclaimer: If you want to read my blog, you are more than welcome to do so. But I make no promises that it will be anything special or thought-provoking or comment-worthy. Its just for me, just something I've wanted to do for a while.
